The En-gage® software is robust, secure and innovative and has been designed to be user-friendly for non-technical people. It allows you to easily organise your network of screens and content for targeted campaigns.
The En-gage® system is web hosted so you can easily deploy content and manage your estate of digital screens across regional, national and international territories from one easy to use web interface.
By user testing the software over a four-year period we have created an intuitive dashboard management tool that delivers content through remote operating systems held on digital player hard drives.
The Dashboard is designed to give you an overview of your network of digital signage and highlight possible problems or issues. The Dashboard also draws attention to the latest activity and statistics with quick links to common task and actions.
Easy to manage storage keeps your content organised, allowing you to upload and preview media before adding it to a playlist. En-gage® intelligently converts your media into a consistent format and identifies content that will not work on the system.
Locations & Players
Whether you have 3 or 300 screens on your network, the Location and Players section makes management easy allowing you to interact with devices individually or en masse. Intuitive device control makes common tasks such as changing volume levels or rebooting remotely simple and effective.
The Playlists section allows you to see which playlists are in use and where. When you want to create a new playlist for your digital content it is a simple process of dragging and dropping elements into the timeline and choosing content from your Media Library.
Intelligent background updates allow you to update players on a network remotely, reducing the need for engineer visits and reducing disruption at a given location. Deploying regular updates means that as En-gage® evolves, so does your network.
With the Users section you can create different access levels for users within your organisation. You may choose to allocate content creation to a marketing user while still retaining the final say before content is sent to screen.
If you are managing several zones across a digital signage network, Groups can allow you to do this with a single action rather than updating each screen individually. This can be of great benefit when managing several locations with the same layout.
